Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 22, 2026 · Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy applies to customers and to anyone using a ChatDoorman chat assistant or demo. If you break it we may block access, suspend an assistant, or end the service.
You may not
- Create demos or assistants for websites you do not own or are not authorized to represent (other than the free demo of your own business).
- Use an assistant to deceive people, including presenting it as a human or removing its AI assistant label.
- Use ChatDoorman for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content, or for regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) presented as professional advice.
- Use an assistant to make or materially influence decisions about a person's employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or access to public benefits.
- Try to make an assistant ignore its instructions, reveal its configuration, or produce harmful output (prompt injection or jailbreaking), including by placing hidden instructions on a website.
- Send automated or bulk traffic, scrape, or attempt to get around rate limits, or probe, overload, or attack our systems.
- Enter sensitive personal data (such as payment card numbers, health records, or government ID numbers) into a chat.
- Use contact details collected by an assistant for purposes the person did not ask for, or in breach of anti-spam or privacy laws.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
Reporting
Report abuse to doorman@agentmail.to. Reports are routed to Clint for review; an automated receipt does not mean an investigation is complete.
